Ticonderoga Health Center is located within the state-of-the-art UVM Elizabethtown Community Hospital – Ticonderoga Campus and offers primary care to people of all ages. Our team includes family medicine practitioners, pediatricians and behavioral health professionals who are here for you through every age and every stage. In addition to our health center, the medical campus features an emergency room, laboratory and radiology services, physical therapy and sports rehabilitation and a long-term care facility.
