Notice: some Adirondack campgrounds run by the state of New York are currently closed. This measure is in effect to help control the spread of the novel coronavirus. The state Department of Environmental Conservation is working to open campgrounds as it is deemed safe. In addition, the state campgrounds are not currently taking new reservations or walk-in campers. This will be reviewed by the DEC and updates will be shared as soon as possible. If you have an existing reservation, please check the DEC website to ensure that your campground is open.
