Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Deer’s Head Inn with a romantic prix fixe dinner designed for sharing. This special evening begins with your choice of appetizer, from Meyer lemon and chive tuna tartar with blood orange and red beet coulis, to winter greens with grapefruit, fennel and blue cheese, or a Hearts & Roses cheese board featuring cave-aged Jersey cow cheese infused with rose petal and hibiscus, honeycomb and pickled strawberries.

Entrées for two include whole Mediterranean branzino with crispy polenta cakes and fermented red plum sauce, mushroom agnolotti with whipped ricotta and rosemary parmesan crisp, or a 12 oz. local filet mignon with caramelized onion, whipped potatoes and red wine peppercorn jus.

End the evening with your choice of chocolate tart with strawberry mousse and ganache, or Basque cheesecake with apple butter caramel and brûléed apples.
