Gelli Plate Printing at Ti Arts Downtown Gallery

Explore the many techniques of Gelli Plate Printing. Gelli Plate Printing is a wonderfully expressive and versatile hand printing technique that is done without a press. Prints can be created on a variety of papers and fabrics with acrylic paint or printing inks. This form of printmaking is suitable for all ages and levels of expertise. During this workshop participants will create single layer and multi-layer monotypes. Participants will use stencils, household items, and foliage to create beautiful textures and explore color to create opaque and transparent layers.
