Cooking Classes at the Co-op!
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn how to prepare Chicken Piccata. Chef Mike will guide you through the process of creating classic Italian American dish with a lemon butter caper sauce that's fast to make at home! Chef Mike will then then serve you dinner featuring this wonderfully flavorful dish.
The class will be held Thursday August 29 at 6:00pm. The cost is $35 for nonmembers and $30 for members. The class will fill up fast so please contact the Food Coop at (518) 558-1414.
