Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn how to prepare Chicken Tikka Masala. Chef Mike will guide you through the process of creating this entrée that has become the national dish of England. He will then serve you dinner featuring this wonderfully flavorful dish.
This Chicken Tikka Masala recipe is bursting with layers of flavor featuring Asian spices. Dazzle your friends or family with this easy to prepare, truly delicious recipe.
The class will be held Thursday July 25th at 6:00pm. The cost is $35 for nonmembers and $30 for members. The class will fill up fast so please contact the Food Coop at (518) 558-1414.
