"Chicken Cake," a new pop-up collaboration with Oboussier Baking is taking place on July 27th at Counter Space in Elizabethtown.
Come enjoy all the best parts of chicken dinner, featuring the skillful cooking of Kyra White from Oboussier, and exceptional seasonal cakes for dessert.
Menu Highlights:
- Chicken Dinner ($30): Confited and grilled local chicken (choice of breast and wing or drum and thigh), seasonal vegetables and herbs, served with grilled sourdough flatbread.
