Herbal Lip Balm and Salve Workshop
Learn how to harvest, store, and prepare herb-infused oils at home. This will be a fun event geared toward total beginners! All supplies will be provided.
Together we will make a batch of Mary’s “Heal All Balm”-a nourishing multi-purpose moisturizer for the face, hands, feet, and lips and all over. We will also make a batch of peppermint lip balm. Both will be made with organic oils infused with calendula and yarrow flowers lovingly grown in the Creative Kitchen Garden at DaCy Meadow Farm this summer, and high-quality local beeswax.
This will be a repeat of the same workshop that was offered last year, with the addition of a new lip balm recipe.
The cost is $25 per person & includes a lip balm to take home. Make additional jars of salve or lip balms to give as holiday gifts! ($5 for lip balm, $10 for 1oz salve tin and $15 for 2oz salve in glass jar). Pay by cash, check, or venmo please.
Please wear something you don’t mind getting a little stained just in case!
