Three-Part Cheesemaking Workshop with Casey Galligan of Sugarhouse Creamery

This November, Casey Galligan is offering a three-part workshop for both established & emerging cheesemakers, cheese enthusiasts, and folks who have always wanted to know – on a deeper level –  how cheese is made. This hands-on experience making a batch of cheese will include a discussion on the theory and chemistry behind the cheesemaking practice.
This workshop is broken into three Sunday sessions:  November 6, 13, and 20. Each session builds on the previous session and will focus on a different kind of cheese: lactic, hard and soft. Sign up for one or all three.

$100 per person per session (you can participate in just one, two, or all three sessions)
