Ticonderoga, N.Y. -- The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce, in coordination with area businesses and organizations, will host the 7th Annual Ticonderoga Area North Country Christmas Celebration from Friday, November 25th through Sunday, December 4th, 2016. The celebration will kick off with events such as Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, the arrival of the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train, Holiday Wagon Rides, and the Rockin’ Tree Lighting.
As part of the Ticonderoga Area North Country Christmas, the Chamber will also be sponsoring a Holiday Shopping and Dining Night, encouraging people to Shop & Dine Local within the area on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016. Offering specials and promotions, participating businesses will have a Shopping & Dining Night Snowflake displayed.
In addition to the promotions and specials, live holiday music will be provided by the Ticonderoga Central School Music Department. Free Raffles will be available throughout Downtown Ticonderoga sponsored by the Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership. Horse Drawn Holiday Wagon rides will be available starting at the Ticonderoga Heritage Museum sponsored by Gin’s Redemption Center.
