2nd Annual Boquet Valley Studio Tour Information:

  • WHEN:  October 5, 6, 7th, 2012 10:00AM – 5:00PM; not all studios open everyday, please check map schedule.
     
  • WHERE: Essex, Port Henry, Wadhams, Westport and Au Sable Forks.
     
  • WHAT: Professional artists open their homes, gardens and studios during this enchanting self-guided tour. Wander the Adirondack Coast & Boquet Valley's picturesque back roads and be greeted at the homes of successful painters, sculptors, potters and more. This event is Free and open to the public. 

 

Essex, NY-  With fall foliage season upon us comes an opportunity to explore the picturesque landscape of the Adirondack Foothills and get introduced to a talented group of artists living and working along the ADK Coast & Boquet Valley. Studios and galleries will be opened to the public from Port Henry, Westport, Essex and Au Sable Forks.

Get a behind the scenes look to meet the artist and working environment, their materials and processes, and perhaps take home a treasure. Now more than ever we need support of our local artists. Plan a fall foliage trip along Lake Champlain, take in lunch at one of our many local restaurants, and most importantly, be prepared to be wowed by the talent this group has!

Participating Galleries include: Adirondack Art Association (Essex), Depot Theater Gallery (Westport), Phillips Art Conservation Studio (Essex), Tahawus Lodge Center (Ausable Forks).
