Join us at the Pok-O-MacCready Outdoor Education Center for our 3rd Annual CABIN FEVER LECTURE SERIES! Lectures take place February 2nd - March 8th on Thursdays from 7pm-9pm (no lecture on Thursday, Feb. 16th) ADMISSION IS FREE! Donations are welcome. Thursday, March 1st: KRISTIN KIMBALL, author of "The Dirty Life". Kristin Kimball and her husband Mark run Essex Farm; a full diet, year round, drafthorse powered CSA. Her book, The Dirty Life, chronicles their farm's start-up year. Kristin will be talking about the effects of climate change on farms in our region, and the ways in which farmers are responding to it.
