PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

* Crossing takes approximately 7 minutes
* Approximately three round trips per hour
* Cars & small pickups: $8 one way/$14 round trip
* Pedestrians: $1 one way
* Maximum Gross Vehicle weight 15 tons
* Ferry can hold up to 18 cars

* Pedestrian only; capacity: 48 adults
* Six crossings per day:
o Westport to BHC: Departures at 6 am, 7 am, 8 am
o BHC to Westport: Departures at 6:30 am, 7:30 am
o Westport to BHC: TBD
o BHC to Westport: Departures at 4 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm
* A shuttle schedule for pickup/dropoff locations in Westport will be available soon.
* 2 ACTR shuttles will transport passengers to Vergennes with stops at Country Home Products, Goodrich and Northland Job Corps.
* No charge for the ACTR shuttle. If you need transportation beyond Vergennes, you'll need to connect with a regularly scheduled ACTR bus. Download the schedule.
* Price per ferry round trip is $8.00. Multi-ticket books will be available. Process for ticket sales will be announced by Thursday, 10/22.
